Oven lights (top and bottom)..don’t work. Replaced several parts..ie transformer and other control parts on panel. Oven works fine…but oven lights work for a short time then stop working again.

Hello Monte, thank you for reaching out. If both lights went out, then your transformer is bad. There are two wires from the light transformer load terminals: line (black) and neutral (white). Both lines split in two, with a black and white wire going to the upper oven lights and a black and white wire going to the lower oven lights. Look for a burned wire or connection between where both wires split and the lights. The light transformer is located on the top of the oven, and you will need to slide it out far enough to get the top off so you can trace the wires. It might be best to start with the lights in the oven by removing the screw and pulling the light assembly out. The problem could be a broken or burned wire there. If you found no broken or burned wire you need to replace the transformer, part number PS11747297. Please reach out to customer service if you need help placing an order. Glad to be of help!
