built-in KitchenAid Superba oven often displays a message "door" and stops heating

Hi Delfina, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, the error code "door" indicates the door has been closed for 5 minutes or more without the microwave oven being started. This occurs to avoid unintended starting of the microwave oven. Open and close the door, then start the cycle. If this does not solve the issue, we would recommend replacing the door lock assembly, part number PS11750101, to solve the problem. Glad to be of help!

After using the self-cleaning cycle, my oven does not heat up. I have turned the circuit breaker off and back on with no result. The control panel lights up and the oven appears to be on, but there is no heat from the upper element or from the convection fan.
