Error code F9 E1, Drain problem. Checked sump, hoses and motor finding no obstructions all the way to the drain installed on the garbage disposal.

Thank you for your question. The F9 E1 error message is letting you know that it is taking longer than 8 minutes for the dishwasher to drain. If you have checked these parts and they are fine, you might have a suds issue. If you are using the wrong type of detergent for your dishwasher, suds and soap residue can build up and prevent the dishwasher from draining. Check your owner's manual and verify the correct detergent to use in your dishwasher. We hope this helps!

I have this dishwasher and it cleans the dishes well. What I hate about it is the middle and lower basket. The tall glassed fall down and the bowls don't stay up. Do you offer better baskets (racks) that I can purchase?

I called an experienced plumber, who balanced and installed my new dishwasher properly, using the brackets I ordered from Parts Select, after an INEXPERIENCED plumber had tossed the factory-provided mounting brackets out with the shipping carton. Relief!
The valve has a plastic fitting to attach the the water line with a hose fitting. Was not carful enough with the original and damaged it attaching the water line. Ordered a replacement fitting. While it is possible to replace the water inlet valve without pulling the dishwasher out from the cabinet found it was easier to get at with the m

I found it best to lay the dishwasher on it's side, this makes it easier to attach a 90 degree hose fitting without cross threading the plastic fitting.
