Microwave have zero on display, is running and can not set a time on microwave and will not stop running. Keypad not working to turn off microwave.

Hello Jo Anne, thank you for your question. We would recommend disconnecting power, and checking the door switches. Faulty or failed door switches are the most common cause of the unit running and not stopping. If the door switches are tested and are fine, we would recommend replacing the main control board. Microwave turns on but makes loud buzzing noise and produces no heat.
