I am looking for a burner cap (smallest one on the right side of stove) for kitchen aid gas stove.
For model number KCGS356ESS00

Hello Ainee, Thank you for your inquiry. We have researched the model number you have provided and show that the burner caps are available as a set of 6 caps, rather than sold individually. We hope this helps and if you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!

When I purchased my KitchenAid gas top stove I had my plumber install, hook the gas line and he installed the LP orifices. Since being installed most burners stay on high and we can’t turn them down to low. I think he installed the orifices wrong. Are you able to send me a new set of LP orifices with detailed instructions on how to install?
For model number KCGS356ESS00

Hello Bill, thank you for your inquiry. We do sell the LP Conversation kit PS10056999 with the orifices, but do not have the actual installation information sheet on installation. For more specialized assistance or to speak with someone about this, we would suggest calling the manufacturer. We hope this helps!

Gas explosion due to bad Gas Pressure Regulator
First step is to turn gas off to cook top and also disconnect power to the unit. Than using a crescent wrench disconnect the gas line going to the unit from the Regulator. Than again using the crescent wrench disconnect the regulator from the bottom of the unit. Next remove the nipple that connects the gas line to the regulator from the old unit. Apply new pipe dope to the threads and screw it into the new one and tighten down. Next install the regulator to the unit and install the gas line to the regulator. once done with the install you can now plug the unit in and turn on the gas. You are now ready to use the cook top again
