Lighter(igniter) keep on going even if the burner is turned off. Cleaned and debris removed but still have the problem.
For model number KCGS350ESS00
Hi Lalachan,
Thank you for your question. If your surface burners keep clicking when not in use check to see if the burner caps are out of alignment. If they are you will need to reposition them. If you have just cleaned the burners or if there have been any recent spills on the stovetop, the burners will click. Remove the burner cap and use a dry cloth to gently wipe the igniter to absorb the moisture. If you have any questions, please let us know. We are open 7 days a week. We look forward to hearing from you!
