Bonjour Jean, Merci d'avoir écrit. Si vous voulez dire que de l'eau s'échappe de la tête de filtre qui maintient le filtre, le tuyau pourrait s'être détaché de la tête ou la tête de filtre est endommagée. Assurez-vous également que le filtre est changé tous les 6 mois. Nous espérons que cela vous aidera !

The metal bar on off switch for the ice maker (which is not connected to water) became bent and broke off. The fridge is very noisy on the left side. If the ice maker is stuck on, would that cause the excessive noise, and if so, can the one/off handle be replaced?

Hello Sharon, thank you for your question. Yes, the excessive noise is probably from the icemaker. The bar is available to order, which is Part #: PS11755849. The part that the bar activates inside the icemaker might be broken as well, so if the bar is replaced and the icemaker will not shut off still, the icemaker should be replaced. I hope this helps.

What part # is the ice maker unit? I revived a reply already regarding a broken on/off ice maker handle which stated inside the unit could be broken (if replacing handle doesn’t solve noise issue), but it did not include the part # for the ice making unit. Also where are the parts available to purchase? Thanks so much.

Pressed in the end of the filter cover, lowered it down part way. Twisted the old filter 1/4 turn and removed it. Set in the sink to drain. Inserted new filter and twisted it to lock. closed cover. Done. Total time @ 1 Minute.
