The food is freezing in the back of the refrigerator, sometimes in my drawers.

Hello Marla, Thank you for the question. We suggest testing the Thermistor. There are two thermistors in this fridge, one in the freezer and the other in the fresh food compartment. The one in the fresh food compartment is located in the ceiling in the light module, you would need to remove the housing and cover to access it. You can test the Thermistor to see if it is defective. The resistance of the thermistor in the unit should be 2.7K ohms at 77 degrees. Hope this helps!
