Inner Stopper Gasket
Part #4211355
This inner stopper gasket, also known as a splash guard gasket, is an authentic manufacturer replacement part used in food waste disposers. It is a rubber gasket positioned around the perimeter of the inner stopper. It seals the area between the stopper and the disposal housing to prevent water and food waste from leaking out during operation. Over time, the inner stopper gasket may tear, or wear down, impacting its ability to contain water and waste. If the inner stopper gasket fails, water will leak from the unit and damage the surrounding area. The disposer may also be unable to adequately grind waste, leading to clogging and damage. To replace the gasket, twist the inner stopper out of the unit and peel the gasket off. Clean the sealing surface and place the new gasket on to the stopper. Reinsert the inner stopper back into the unit.

Bolt
Part #WP8204624
This bolt measures 1/4 inch in diameter with a thread count of 20 per inch and a length of 5/8 inch. It holds different parts of your kitchen appliance together, such as panels or handles, to ensure structural integrity. If the bolt is rusted or stripped, parts of your appliance will feel wobbly. Loose or missing bolts can cause the parts they are holding to detach. Use a wrench to remove any bolts that you need to replace. Take note that this OEM component is sold individually, so consult your user manual to determine the number of bolts your machine needs. Consider purchasing extra bolts if you are replacing one, as these bolts typically wear out at the same time.

Was amazed the gasket was delivered the day after I ordered it! Removed old gasket and cleaned out what I thought was accumulated waste. Replaced gasket and ran water, had a flood. What I had removed was rusted part of appliance. Unable to repair and ended up replacing the garbage disposal. Bad Luck.
