K40 - Overview

This spill valve is for pressure washers. Spill valve opens when water flowing through the pump gets too hot, releasing the hot water in exchange for cooler water.

This OEM Grooved Ring is a 12 x 20 x 4/6 rubber ring which can be installed with a screwdriver and wrench set. Installation is rated as "Medium" difficulty. It attaches in the cylinder head and is used to keep the oil in the pump from mixing with the water. If broken it will leak and must be replaced.
