Oven is working but display panel display panel doesn't light up. Turned breaker off but still the same. Suspect it may just be the display bulb but don't want to order the wrong part. Oven is 2 yrs old.
Hello Michael, Thank you for the question. The Bulb is only sold as part of the LCD Control Panel, PartSelect Number PS16542206. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!
my wife was cleaning the front of the oven, - went over the control panel , setting etc. and then the control panel just went blank.
Only thing showing now is the very top left ] symbol - looks like a back end parenthesis
Hi James, thank you for reaching out. If the control panel went blank immediately after cleaning and only the "]" symbol is showing in the upper-left corner, moisture may have gotten into the touchpad or user interface, causing the controls to lock up or malfunction. Try turning the oven off at the circuit breaker for 5–10 minutes to reset the electronics, then restore power. If the display remains the same after the reset and the panel has had time to dry completely, the control panel is the most likely failed component and may need to be replaced. The part number is PS16542206. We hope this helps!

It took a while to remove approx 30 screws to get to the blower. So my oven was sitting, torn apart while I waited on the new blower fan that I had ordered. It arrived shortly, about 5 days. When I opened the box I saw that PARTSELECT had sent me a drain pump instead of the blower fan that I had ordered. Since an oven does not require a d
... Read morerain pump and it wouldn't work to replace my broken blower fan I had to return it. I was told that I needed to send the part back in order to get a refund. After I sent their drain pump back at a cost of $13 they emailed me and said I didn't need to send the drain pump back. And they refunded me minus shipping So I had to pay shipping both ways for a part that was wrong. And I ordered it from someone else. I put the new blower fan that I had bought from another company in and replaced the 30 screws. And the oven has been working fine ever since. Thank you PARTSELECT for allowing me to tell people how you operate. They have a money back guarantee, but they don't give you back ALL your money. Thanks Again.
