Looking for manual on how to convert stove from gas to propane
For model number JGSS86SP1SS
Hello Larry, thank you for contacting us. According to our research, you will need the LP conversion assembly, part number PS16219571.
To adjust your range for use with propane gas, follow these instructions:
1. Disconnect all electrical power at the main circuit breaker or fuse box.
2. Shut off the gas supply to the range by closing the manual shut-off valve.
3. Use an adjustable wrench to unscrew the hex-nut cap from the pressure regulator.
4. Completely remove the protective plastic cap from the threaded metal cap.
5. Turn the metal cap so the type of gas being converted is displayed and replace the protective plastic cover.
6. Screw the hex-nut cap back into the regulator.

Original burner cap was chipping; must have been dropped somewhere along the line.
New burner cap replaced old; just placed over burner; no tools required.
One suggestion: burner cap should have been shipped with thicker bubble protection (easy to do). It was minimally wrapped and placed in a thin, bubble envelope, risking damage in shipping process. Luckily, the burner arrived in tact and usable.
