When i type in seconds and hit start unite does not come on . Seconds show up but unit does not come on . Is there a set up required ,if how do i do it . Unit came with house with no manual . Please help

Our GE profile microwave will sometimes come on (light bulb comes on and turntable rotates on its own) after we are done heating something up and shut the door. What part do we need to fix this?

The panel works is functioning but if I set the unit to cook for any time, the unit will turn on for a few seconds and then stop. I remember using the time just before this.

Can a trim kit be installed for this unit to be put into a built in space?

Hi Michael, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, the trim kit compatible with your appliance size can be installed. The trim kit for 27 inches is part number PS12341964, and for 30 inches, part number PS12341968. To install the trim kit, you need to attach the oven with a mounting plate or rails. Then measure the dimensions and attach the trim. We hope this helps!

The original roller ring in my microwave had 1of 4 rollers that failed and kept slipping off the ring.

Door latch was broken
Took off the cabinet cover, undid old latch and reassembled switches onto new door latch and put together.
