My microwave is no longer heating up. Everything else is still working.

Hi Frank, Thank you for reaching out. This could be an indication the Magnetron or Diode is faulty and may need to be replaced. You can test both of those parts with a multi-meter. Make sure after unplugging your capacitor you release any electrical charge. You can do this with a screwdriver that has an insulated handle. If you are not comfortable doing this yourself, please get an electrician to do this repair. We hope this helps!

Door opener was depressed apparently too hard and is not functioning - depressing it will not open the door. Repairable - part #???

We do carry related parts for units just like yours. For example, part number PS2321884 But no part tare available that could fix the door issue. Good luck with your repair.
You should try a hard reset first. Go to your breaker box, turn the breaker for your unit off, wait 5 minutes and turn the breaker back on.if this does not help then your door latch might be faulty. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime.

So simple!! I took the glass plate out of the microwave and removed the plastic part that it was sitting on and installed the new part. I put the glass plate back in and turned the microwave on and the glass plate started to rotate just like it was supposed to. The wheels on the old part had become flat and that's why it wouldn't rotate.
