before sliding out the microwave unit. Set it on its side. Underneath is a cover for the motor area secured with a screw and the motor unit itself held in by two screws. Unplug the motor making sure you plug it back in the same polarity. Not sure if polarity matters but best to be safe. All are very strightforward and reachable. Reassemble in reverse order, turning on the power to check that everything works before reinstalling the bezel.
