When I turn oven on to preheat, I get an F350 code and oven won’t heat up
For model number JCGS760SEL1SS
Hello Darlene, thank you for reaching out. This error code indicates that the cooling fan speed is slower than it should be or that the fan is not turning. The issue seems to be with the cooling fan sensor. It detects the cooling fan speed and sends the speed signal to the main control board. We suggest you replace the cooling fan sensor, part number PS12170456, to fix the issue. We hope this information is useful!
