Oven takes long time to ignite to the flame to burn what should be replace or check
Chris Boyle Profile
Hi Dwight, thank you for your inquiry. An oven that takes too long to ignite is usually caused by a weak, failing oven igniter that glows orange but cannot draw enough amperage to open the safety valve. You may need to replace the igniter, part number PS16226616, to fix the issue. Glad to be of help!
