The part number is PS12577485. We hope this helps!
All of the stove top burners are not working properly - it takes forever for food to cook.
Hi Brooke, thank you for reaching out. A faulty terminal block is a likely cause if all the cooktop burners are taking much longer than normal to heat. Over time, the heavy-duty wires connected to the range’s terminal block can loosen or corrode, creating high electrical resistance and restricting current flow to the burners. This can prevent the full voltage from reaching the heating elements, causing them to heat much more slowly. Replacing it can help fix the issue. The terminal block assembly for your model is WB27X31509. We hope this helps!
