Fridge door doesn’t close

Hello Andrew, thank you for reaching out. A refrigerator door that won't close properly is usually caused by a dirty or damaged door gasket. Inspect the door gasket for any food crumbs, sticky spills, or dust that prevent the magnetic seal from gripping. If that is not the issue, look for cracks, tears, or places where the rubber pulled away from the metal door groove, and replace the door gasket, part number PS16745191, if damaged. It's simple enough in theory: read the side of the box and follow the instructions. BUT you need to really push the knob in pretty hard (I am a girl, and my hand strength isn't that good). If you don't, when you turn the knob, the filter won't come out, then it's tougher. So: make sure the knob pops before you turn!
