Our warming drawer will not close all the way, and whatever made it lock and then press to open is not working. Seems to possibly be slides or spring. Would appreciate your input.

Hello and thank you for writing. As we sure you have already checked that nothing got jammed in there or underneath. Take the drawer out and inspect if the sliders on the drawer are damaged, if they are you would have to replace the drawer PS12075406 itself, if that checks out ok you might have faulty sliders PS12587595 left or right or both and possibly need to replace them.
