1)Water takes a long time to fill. Seems as though something is blocking the water from flowing into the machine.
2) where can I find a replacement for the wheels?
Hello Shadia, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, we recommend checking the fill hose, part number PS12582971. If it is clogged, clean it, and if it is bad or broken, replace it. If the issue remains, the water inlet valve, part number PS12343364, is probably faulty and needs to be replaced. Before replacing this part, we suggest checking the water level sensor, part number PS12582956. The caster wheel compatible with your model is part number PS12343533. This part is sold individually. Whenever I go to start this compact washing machine, the three levels of water low, medium and high. I'll start flashing and beeping at the same time and will not allow me to start the machine or to start the water. What is it? What do I do
Hello Jocelyn, thank you for getting in touch. These symptoms indicate a water supply issue, drain issue or water flood error. Ensure both hot and cold water faucets are fully turned on. Make sure the water supply hoses are not kinked, which restricts water flow. If the washer is not getting enough water, you will need to check the water inlet valve, part number PS12343364. If the valve is faulty, it will restrict the in flow of water. Examine the drain hose and make sure it is not blocked or kinked and is positioned correctly to allow water to drain out. If water is unable to drain out, the issue could be with the drain pump, part number PS12582967. We hope this helps.
