What would be the reason that water would not go into the tub from the water hose

Hello Jessica, thank you for reaching out. If your washer is not filling with water, we suggest that you check the following parts: the inlet hose, water inlet valve, lid switch, and pressure switch. Inspect these components for any damage or blockage and replace the defective part to resolve the issue We hope this helps. Good luck with this repair.
1)Water takes a long time to fill. Seems as though something is blocking the water from flowing into the machine.

Hello Shadia, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, we recommend checking the fill hose, part number PS12582971. If it is clogged, clean it, and if it is bad or broken, replace it. If the issue remains, the water inlet valve, part number PS12343364, is probably faulty and needs to be replaced. Before replacing this part, we suggest checking the water level sensor, part number PS12582956. The caster wheel compatible with your model is part number PS12343533. This part is sold individually.
