Display doesnt show anything. No time, no temp etc. It could be the Display Controller but I am not sure of the part #. thank you.

Hello Sal, thank you for contacting us. The issue is most probably related to the display module, part number PS12742171. Hi Bo, thank you for the question. We have found that the issue is with the temperature sensor, part number PS10057828. The oven sensor works in conjunction with the oven control board to regulate the temperature. We would recommend checking the temperature sensor to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
First, cut the power and remove the oven from the cabinet.
The bake element is accessible from the back and sits in a drawer.
As someone else said, you have to use pliers to bend the cover of the drawer, you will make some damage to the cover, but there is nothing you can do about it.

When you replace the bake element, make sure you insert it in the straps so it won't wiggle when it heats.
To close the cover that you bent, you will need a helper and push really hard.
My repair man was able to change out the old, cracked top and replace it with the new one in less than an hour.
