Unit runs but water not heating and shuts down before drying. Also detergent door not opening.

Hi Michael, thank you for reaching out. The user interface control board, part number PS16542456, needs to be checked. Here are some general instructions that will help you take the user interface control board to check it: Remove the screws on the bottom to remove the access panel. Remove insulation and wire harnesses. Unhinge the door hinge cables and remove the door. Take the vent cover off. Remove the bottom and side screws, turn the door upside down, and remove the panel. Remove the vent, and housing holding the board. Then, check it. We hope this helps!

Took off the kickplate, diconnected the wires and removed the whole door by lifting straight up, removing spring wires from hinges. Once door is disconnected from the machine, removed one hinge by removing bolt.
