I cannot get the lever to move to shut it off or do anything.
Hi Charles, thank you for getting in touch. According to our research, it seems that the lever may be stuck. To fix the issue, you will need to replace the whole filter assembly as you can not get any replacement parts for the filter assembly head because it is all glued together, and there is no way to take it apart. The part number is PS2577467. We hope this sorts out your problem!
Hi, just changed the filter and the red pressure relief button is leaking(slow drip). Can you help?
Thanks

What is the correct filter cartridge for this unit?

Would the handle in the bypass position affect the water pressure in the house?
Hi Chris, thank you for reaching out. Bypassing allows the flow of water to the house without flowing through the filter. Normally, it does not impact the house's water pressure to a larger extent. But if the filter was not properly cleaned, or there was some clogging in the filter tubes, you may feel a slightly increased water pressure once the bypassing is done. We hope this information helps!

I need a sump replacement. Are they available as I've been unsuccessful so far?
Hi Dennis, thank you for the question. Sump is not available separately for your model. You will need to replace the whole house water filtration system, part number PS2577467. We hope that helps!
