What are this model number dimensions?

Thank you for your question. The dimensions of the cooktop based on the information from the instructions manual for your model are approximately 21-5/16th inches by 2-7/8th inches by 16 9-16th inches (there are 2 other measurements listed, 30 6/18th inches and 36-5/16th inches). Duel surface element not working
For model number GJC3034RP00
Hi David, thank you for your question. There are a couple of parts that could cause this issue specifically. You will need a multi meter to be able to test the parts. The first part you will want to check is your radiant element. It should be reading between 0 - 120 ohms to be working correctly. The other part to check would be your infinite (or surface burner) switch. When you remove that part from the appliance, connect each probe from your multi meter to the prongs and then turn the switch to an on position. If you get no continuity then the switch is the issue.
