Water leaking from bottom of washer during every wash
Hello Jennifer, thank you for the question. If you are using a front load or HE washer confirm you are using HE detergent in the correct amount, excess suds can spill over internal components and drip out underneath. Also, inspect the door boot gasket around the full circumference for any tears or buildup along the bottom lip that would prevent a watertight seal. Check the detergent dispenser drawer for any blockage causing water to spill down the front panel. If the leak appears during the drain or spin portion of the cycle, unplug the washer and remove the access panel to inspect the tub to pump hose and the drain pump housing. The thick rubber hose connecting the tub to the pump can loosen at the clamp or be punctured by sharp objects in pockets. If water is dripping directly from the pump casing the drain pump will need to be replaced. If the leak occurs during the fill cycle and water drips from the back of the machine, inspect the water inlet valve housing for hairline cracks or loose inlet hose connections. We hope this is what you were looking for!
