Ran self clean on upper oven. Next time I used the oven, it didn’t heat properly. Ordered bake element from your company. Husband installed. Oven still not heating properly and with new element does not preheat and can’t change clock to correct time.
For model number GBD307PDS09
Hello Sharon, Thank you for the question. I suggest testing the Temperature Sensor, PartSelect Number PS11748765. Testing the temperature sensor probe on your oven is easy. With the sensor at room temperature, measure the resistance between the two prongs at the end of the sensor connector. The resistance of the sensor should read approximately 1080 – 1090 ohms at room temperature. Hope this helps!

Easily removed the door from the oven by releasing clips attached to the door hinge -- very nicely engineered. Removed about 6 philips head screws to allow the door assembly to be taken apart for access to the glass. Lifted out the broken glass, cleaned the inside of the door, installed the new glass, reassembled the door (a two minute project), and reatt...
