The red door open light stays on all the time and the door alarm also stays most on all the time. If i hit reset it goes off for awhile. The switch seems to be ok???

Per the UTube video ... Once the gasket was on, the door would not seal. Gasket was removed and placed in dryer again to "soften" but to no avail on the second try. Freezer seals well and no leaks or issues. I still have the gas but no clue what to do with it if we can't get it to work. Is there a refund available?
