How can I fix error e5 and what does it mean? I ask because I didn’t find your answer.

For model number FTQ352IWUXXAX

Hello Dzmitry, Thank you for the question. The E5 indicates A Control area temperature fault. Normally the Convection Fan will need to be replaced. There are 3 fans for this model. We suggest testing them with a multi meter to see if they are defective. We hope this helps.
