Water filter won't pop out

Hello Carolyn, Thank you for your inquiry. If you have tried pushing in on the filter and it is not coming out, then the manifold/filter head housing may have become damaged and not releasing the filter. You can try using a pair of flat blade screw drivers to try and pop the filter out. You can try pulling backwards on the cover and housing to see if you can move it enough to release the filter.
