My ice maker fills and freezes but the tray doesn’t dump the ice until I slam the ice bin.

Hi Kim, thank you for your inquiry. Check the basket assembly. Remove it completely. Make sure it seats correctly and isn't slightly misaligned. A misaligned basket can physically block the ice dump cycle. Clean any ice buildup around the ejector area. If the basket is not the issue, it could be due to a failing harvest motor inside the ice maker. When the harvest motor inside the module weakens, it loses the torque needed to push the ejector blades through the frozen ice. You will need to replace the ice maker assembly, part number PS16218280, to fix the issue, as the harvest motor comes built into the ice maker assembly. Glad to be of help!

A set scew was ordered twice.

The first order arrived in a huge box and there was no scew to be found, the box had wholes in it. I was given a refund and told to order again.

The repair did not happen and the set screw which was actually recieved the second time was returned because it was the wrong size.
