The water dispenser button on the water/ice dispenser stopped working. The ice dispenser still works for both cubed and crushed ice. Is there a part I can order to fix this?

Ice cubes do not fully freeze in center allowing water to drop in bin when dropping ice cubes causing large chunk of solid ice to form in bin.

Hello Charles, thank you for contacting us. Hollow ice cubes can be caused by low water pressure. Low water pressure in the fridge will result in the ice maker filling too slowly. Check the water inlet valve to be sure it is not clogged and maintains a good flow of water. If the water inlet valve, part number PS7784018, is faulty, replace it. A clogged water filter can decrease the amount of water reaching the ice maker and lower water pressure. If the filter, part number PS11704498, is clogged, it needs to be replaced. Also, check your temperature sensor with a multimeter for a continuity test. If the temperature sensor, part number PS1765215, does not have continuity, replace it. We hope this solves your problem!
I need the chill drawer to replace and don't see it listed. How can I replace this drawer.. the crisper drawer is too big for the top shelf.

Hi Richard, thank you for reaching out. The chill drawer for your model is part number PS12364153. To replace it, simply pull it out. To install a new one, slide it to the back end of the rails and push it all the way in. We hope this helps.
In my specific appliance the water valve is located in the bottom right hand corner looking at it from the back. To get to it I remove the thin layer of cardboard the covers the back of the fridge. ... Read more valve assembly in place. I took the water valve out and removed the electrical connections as well as the plastic tubing which feed the water dispenser and the ice maker. To install the new water valve it was just a matter of reversing steps.

Used pliers to remove the residual broken stud that was still attached to the wall of the refrigerator, and then just pushed the new part in place. The longest time was spent in removing the food and crisper drawers.
