Propane gas continues to come out of the tube into the burner even with oven burner shut off. Ignighter glows red and burner tube lights as it should. Is there a regulator that may not be shutting off the gas when the knob is turned to off ?
For model number FGP337KW0

Hi Ken,
Thank you for your question. If the gas continues to flow in your oven when it is off, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the electronic control board, the oven control thermostat, the igniter and the safety valve. We have included a link that you may reference on how to check these parts. Once you have determined the part you need, please feel free to call customer service. We are open 7 days a week and anyone will be happy to assist you. We look forward to hearing from you!

our oven would not heat up
My husband pulled out the stove turned the gas off then he pulled out the part and replaced igniter....it took only about 20 min to do this job it was very easy and prior to us doing ourselves i called a well known company that does home repairs, I also called a few smaller businesses and to replace this part was anywhere from $175- 250 if not more. we are very very happy with our decision to replace the part ourselves unstead of spending extra money we didnt have .

mice had made nests in the insulation wrap in the range
I numbered every part. ex: 1 L., for first part removed left side. I used a magic marker to circle the holes and wrote the number of screws used on the part, set the srews in a separete place, so that I new where these screws went to. The cleanup was pretty time consuming, but I was able to keep my stove, when every repairman I called to fix my stove told me I was better off buying a new stove. ($600.00 stove 2 years old)Please Note: The insulation blanket needed for the entire stove is two pieces, the sides and top are one part # and the bottom and back, are another part #. I did not know this. I just purchased the top and sides. I got lucky, the back and bottom were still in good shape. So I guess I should have read the description of the part more carefully to see what it covers, before I ordered it. It took two people two hours to do the work, it was really nice to have an extra set of eyes, to remember what direction pieces of metal from the stove went. I would do it all over in a heart beat instead of buying a new stove.

Scratches in Surface
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.
