Looking for replacement charcoal filter for a microwave, that is the model listed on the unit, there is no a or b at the end of the model number. Manual says to replace with pure air otrfilter1. I cannot find these.

microweave, when we bought that micro, we dont open de upper lead. now on the micro, its say change de filter, but when y open de lead there is nothing at all??? just empty. And we dont see the time anymore.
Hello Doris, thank you for the question. The microwave oven reminds you every 6 months to replace the filters. The PureAir filter, part number PS12579119, should be replaced every 6 months. It is located behind the vent grill. The exhaust filters, part number PS12071287, should be removed and cleaned often, generally at least once every month. Exhaust filters are located at the back of the oven. We hope this information is useful!
Microvave is only 18 months old and used by two elderly people and the bottom of the handle broke from the unit. Scews look strange and we woulk like the whole door replaced. It is so nice looking and we bought it at lowes and had it installed by them.

Remove vent cover then remove touch screen control panel. When you remove control panel take photo of where everything is plugged in then unplug and remove control panel. 3 door switches located next to door in a plastic chassis. Test each switch with current tester. Remove the bad switch and replace with the new one. You tube DIY helped.
