Broiler works oven does not igniter dos not glow not voltage at igniter or at feed wire on the control board board replaced did not fix hand over hand all wires in the circuit no visual damage rang out board to safety control valve wire and board to igniter they have continuity thinking bad replacement board because I am stuck please help

Thank you for your question. If the oven is not heating correctly, the issue may be with the oven temperature sensor. The oven temperature sensor monitors the oven temperature and signals the electronic control board to turn the elements on and off. Before removing this part from the oven and testing it for continuity with a multimeter on the Rx1 setting, unplug the oven from the electrical outlet. This test needs to be done with the sensor at room temperature to produce accurate results. The reading should be between 1080 and 1100 ohms. If you get any other reading, you need a replacement temperature sensor. If the sensor is fine, you will need to check the igniter and the electronic control board to see which part is causing the issue. We hope this helps with the repair!
Hello Bill, Thank you for contacting us. Researching your model, this is the hot surface indicator, and usually means that control board thinks that one of the burners is still on. It is often caused when the temperature sensor has failed, a wiring issue or an issue with the control board. First try resetting the control board by unplugging the oven for 10 minutes and plugging it back in. If that does not fix the issue, then we would recommend checking the temperature sensor, cooling fan thermostat, the wiring harness and the control board. Look for any visible damage on the board and also check for any gaps where hot air could be getting into the control panel assembly, and you can test the other parts with a multimeter. Good luck with your repair.

I called a repair place. They charged $54 to diagnose, (said it needed a new latch motor) then wanted $220 to complete the repair. I checked online prices and did it myself for about 15 minutes work and the latch motor itself ($44?).

Turned power off at electrical panel. Pulled oven away from wall. Removed back cover (6 screws), then unplugged wires from old receptacle. I had to pull the squeeze clips backwards & break them to remove the old receptacle - couldn't squeeze them enough to remove them otherwise. The old receptacle came out through the inside of the oven,
