I am getting error code f11. I shut off the breaker overnight and am still getting the error. How can i fix this?Thanks!

Hello Tiffany, Thank you for your inquiry. F11 on a Frigidaire stove means there is a stuck or shorted key on the touchpad overlay or selector switch on the main control. Remove the overlay and check for any visible damage or debris where the buttons would be pressed, checked for any loose connections and check the other side of the board for any visible damage. Carefully clean the board where the overlay was to remove any excess debris, using a q tip and rubbing alcohol. If still getting the error, replace the overlay and control board. I am replacing a gas valve that I ordered from partselect.ca
I the process of removing the burner, a couple of the screws holding the burner to the ignator/orifice base sheared flush with the burner top. Is it possible to get these screws spun the base. Or will I have to order a new base assembly. Is there a cost effective solution to this? Once removed will heat loosen the screws? Thanks in advance for any advice. Regards,

Hello Kevin, thank you for contacting us. According to our understanding, we would recommend checking the base assembly first. If it is fine, then you may need to replace the burner mounting screws, part number PS2361437, to fix the issue. Glad to be of help!
I called a repair place. They charged $54 to diagnose, (said it needed a new latch motor) then wanted $220 to complete the repair. I checked online prices and did it myself for about 15 minutes work and the latch motor itself ($44?).

Turned power off at electrical panel. Pulled oven away from wall. Removed back cover (6 screws), then unplugged wires from old receptacle. I had to pull the squeeze clips backwards & break them to remove the old receptacle - couldn't squeeze them enough to remove them otherwise. The old receptacle came out through the inside of the oven,
