I was in the middle of cooking using my stovetop and all of the burners went off and won't come back on... oven is working fine. clock is still working too. there is no power to the burner when i attempt to turn them on.

Hello Theresa, thank you for your inquiry. If the terminal block is faulty, your appliance will not get the power it needs to operate properly. We recommend replacing the Main Terminal Block. This replacement part can be found under PS471605. I hope this information helps!

The left rear burner stopped working months ago. Recently in the middle of the night, with the stove off, the stove started beeping, and there was a he indicator for that burner. The burner was hot and turned off.

Hello David, thank you for writing. The relay power control board that controls the power going to the burners on your stove. If the burner is staying on even when the switch is turned off then you most likely have a bad relay control board that is constantly sending power to the burner. Board- Part# PS2368439.

Hi Kevin, thank you for the question. You will need to remove the knobs from the control panel first. Then remove the two screws from the bottom control panel housing, then lift the front control panel upward. After removing the control panel, you can access and replace the control board.
