My washing machine does not turn on the control panel and does not work.

I accidentally broke the glass on my lid. Can I just order the glass or do I need to order the entire lid?

Out of balance every time, Replaced the suspension rods

Hello Ronald, thank you for your inquiry. Make sure you are not overloading the washer. Also check the leveling feet and make sure all 4 are in firm contact with the floor. If this is not the issue, we would recommend replacing the balance ring, part number PS12176474. Good luck with your repair!

Unscrewed the top of the washer after disconnecting the hoses. Tipped the matching on its back. Places a 2x4 underneath the tub to release the tension on the rods, then just popped the old one out and put the new one in. Tipped the machine back up and reconnected everything.
