This is a 6 month old refrigerator that has developed a water accumulation problem in the bottom of the refrigerator compartment. I assume it needs a new seal. We have cycled the defrost timer but it made no difference. It says you can't find the model number ending in 5, so I used 03, but your unit Model number says FFTR1814WW5 with serial number # ba34222198 manufactured 10-23. No, we don't know where we bought it, so I already assume no warranty.
For model number FFTR1814WW3
Hello Tom, thanks for reaching out to us with your issue. The door gasket seal for your model is PartSelect Number PS16544401. We would also recommend that you inspect the drain (PS12741822 and PS12731409) at the back of the fridge compartment as well. If it is clogged or frozen, it could cause water to overflow into the bottom of your fridge. If you would like assistance placing an order, please contact customer service. Good luck with your repair!
