MY FRIDGE IS ONLY 2 YEARS OLD DON'T GET COLD ANY MORE
For model number FFTR1814WBA
Hi Cynthia, thank you for your inquiry. A fridge that isn't cooling could be due to a few common issues, most often dirty condenser coils or a problem with the defrost system that is causing ice to build up and block airflow. If the condenser coils are covered in dust, the fridge can't release heat effectively. Clean the coils with a vacuum and a long, soft brush. If there is ice buildup, especially in the freezer, it's likely an issue with the automatic defrost system. The defrost timer, part number PS16227343, could be faulty not defrosting the fridge regularly. Glad to be of help!
