I want the black plastic frame and tray on the outside of the freezer door where the ice and water dispenser is. It is always falling off the door and the tray is all scratched up and also falls off all the time. Right now I have it scotched taped to the door. What is the part # for that? And also the part number for any clips or screws that attach it. Please advise.

My refrigerator is leaking from the bottom left side of the freezer, I have the water supply to the ice maker turned off and disconnected. There’s a line that comes under the unit and goes into the back and bottom of the freezer door, and has a fitting for the tubing. I can’t find it in any of the diagrams, but it seems to be leaking

Hi Larry, thank you for contacting us. According to our research, we would recommend checking there are 120 volts of alternating current to the icemaker, the temperature is at 0F, and that the pressure inside the water supply line is between 20 psi to 120 psi. You also need to check the water inlet valve, part number PS7784018, and water filter, part number PS3412266. If these are not causing the issue, then we would recommend replacing the ice maker, part number PS12364147, to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!

The temperature sensor senses the temperature inside the refrigerator and sends information to the electronic control. We would recommend checking the temperature sensor to fix the issue. In my specific appliance the water valve is located in the bottom right hand corner looking at it from the back. To get to it I remove the thin layer of cardboard the covers the back of the fridge. I then proceeded to disconnect the 1/4" copper tubing which is the water feed coming out of the wall. Then I removed the screws that hold the
... Read more valve assembly in place. I took the water valve out and removed the electrical connections as well as the plastic tubing which feed the water dispenser and the ice maker. To install the new water valve it was just a matter of reversing steps.
