The dryers turns on but is not drying the clothes. I checked the fuse but they were alright. Could it be thermostat or what might it be?

What is e5 error code

Hello Terry, thank you for your question. That error code is in relation to a drain issue. We would recommend checking the hoses for blockages or kinks, and test the drain pump. I hope this helps.

The drum will not come out. After removing all required parts and removing the belt from the pulleys I lift up on the drum while pulling forward. It sounds as though the bearing disengaged however the drum will not come out. As if the bearing is stuck.

Replace the wiring harness noticed that there were two wires missing going to the thermostat or a moisture sensor dryer will not come on at all seen all the lights lit up but will not start with new wiring harness

My Dryer runs but no hea
t, upon removing the door &front panel and the lint housing a black wire is connected to the thermostat. A red wire is melted in the plastic housing and seems to be fused to a blue wire that goes to the rear behind the motor bracket . I don't see any other missing connection tofor the blue wire to terminate to help please
