took the old one off and snapped the new one in place. Very easy to do.

Followed instructions given on web site. My husband is not much of a handy-man, but he did these replacements in a matter of mere minutes. So happy to have the broken pieces replaced and all is working well again!

Unscrewed old rail. Screwed on new one. Replaced drawer. Voila!

I initially replaced the defrost timer, and later replaced it and the defrost thermostat. The defrost thermostat was the faulty component

I watched the instructional video and did what it said.

Ordered the Capacitor and the Thermostat Control. Parts were received in a matter of a few days, easy to install, but did not fix the problem. Had to call a repairman to fix the problem (compressor relay - this part not available to order for this model number with Parts Select). Will continue to use Parts Select in the future for other parts, but not happy that the actual part I needed was not available - had to use other methods.

I followed your video instructions, is very important to have this information.

Once the parts break and fall into the refrigerator you do not know how they were assembled.
Being a retired engineer helped me figure out how to replace the parts.
You will have to remove the shelf assembly and complete the work outside of the refrigerator.

Came across your site and upon checking site out, I ordered the above parts. Repair was easy, thanks to your tutorial. Did not fix problem, so I posed a question to your site and it was recommended I replace the evap fan. I ordered that part. Thank goodness for next day shipping.
That repair was easy as well, thanks to feedback from one of your other customers who had a similar issue. That repair did fix the problem.

From most posts I've read, the defrost timer was the culprit so I blindly ordered one. Easy install but did not fix the problem so I broke out the ohm meter. The only other 2 items it could be all tested good with my meter so I bypassed the defrost thermostat (per forum help...actually quite easy)and it defrosted fine, which told me I needed a new defrost thermostat. Installed fairly easy and problem gone.

There is no way to complete the repair with the wrong part, You have had my order since June 22nd, 2020 and the incorrect part arrived October 27th, 2020. You charged $7.79 plus $1.06 tax and $9.95 shipping. Please refund the entire amount including the shipping, since I did not ask you to ship the incorrect amount.

Took out the broken crisper pan cover and replaced it with the new one
Took out the support rail frame turned it over unscrewed the support rail and replaced it with the new one. Repair time 5 mins.

Put old glass in new frame drop one side under small lip of frame..done..perfect!
