I want to put this fridge into my garage
I need a part that will keep the fridge temperature at the right temperature in the winter time and summer time.I need the heater to come on in the winter time and a fan that will come in the summer time
For model number FFHT1835VW0
Hello Theodore, thank you for your question. We believe you may be referring to the Garage Heater kit part PS900213. This kit is comprised of a heater pad which gets its power from the thermostat voltage. It generates enough heat around the thermostat area to trick the thermostat into thinking that it's warmer than it actually is in the refrigerator. The heater pad will heat around the thermostat, inside the control housing only. We hope this helps.
Hello Vince, thank you for your question. If there isn't enough air blowing over your evaporator coil, the coil won't have enough heat to absorb. This will cause the condensation on the coil to freeze over. It can also be caused by a dirty air filter, dirty evaporator coil, or low refrigerant. We hope this helps.

Fridgedaire refrigerator is not cooling. Starter and capacitor have been replaced. Still not working. What else can we check?
For model number FFHT1835VW0
Hi Nancy, thank you for getting in touch. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend checking the evaporator fan motor, part number PS12731386, as it is most likely faulty and may need to be replaced. We hope this sorts out your problem!
First I’ve done this many times no issues. This gasket which finally fit was the worst item and first from partselect. I’ve never had such a hard time getting the gasket to stay in the groove. Softened it and everything. Had to carefully use a plastic shim inch by inch. Bad bad bad!!
