Freezer will not freeze food or water in cube trays
For model number FFHT1835VS6
Hello Barry, thank you for getting in touch. Make sure the freezer vents are not blocked. Check the freezer door seal or gasket, part number PS16544402. If the door is not sealing properly, warm air can enter the freezer. Dust and dirt can build up on the condenser coils, which are usually located on the back or bottom of the unit. Clean them with a vacuum cleaner to improve the freezer's cooling capacity. Also, check the evaporator fan motor, part number PS12731386. If the evaporator fan is not working properly, the cool air will not circulate properly. We hope this helps.
