the clip welded on to the shelf that holds the leftdrawer rail has broken off can l purchase just the shelf ? everything else is fine except the piece of shelving that slides in and out and the left drawer rail

Hello Leonard, Thank you for the question. The Drain Tube is normally located towards the back corner. The Tube can be cleaned with a Pipe Cleaner to remove any clogs. We hope this helps!
pan-crisper pan was easy because is just slide in. the drawer support rail just took a screwdriver to unscrew the screw and replace it with new rail and put the screw back in. The thing I like the best is the fast service of the parts to me.
