Door handle is loose. How do I tighten it, no set screw on handle.
For model number FFHS2611LW4
Hi Richard, thank you for the question. To tighten the door handles, you may need to remove the door handles first. You just need to grab the handle and lift straight up and it should come free. You will see the screws at the base, tighten them to fix this issue. We hope this information helps!

Last year and now again this year refrigerator quits running for a couple days then starts back up.
For model number FFHS2611LW4
Hello Peggy, thank you for your inquiry. The most common cause for this condition is a problem with the defrost system. If the refrigerator freezer is cold but the refrigerator is warm, the evaporator fan motor might have failed. I hope this information helps!

In my specific appliance the water valve is located in the bottom right hand corner looking at it from the back. To get to it I remove the thin layer of cardboard the covers the back of the fridge. valve assembly in place. I took the water valve out and removed the electrical connections as well as the plastic tubing which feed the water dispenser and the ice maker. To install the new water valve it was just a matter of reversing steps.
