Hi, I'm looking for the little button that controls the light when the door opens and closes. Mine broke off when a frozen item fell out and fell on it. Is there a replacement for this part?

The sleeve, plastic, in the top of the door, where the pin goes when I try to switch swing direction. The sleeve is sticking, again. I am not able to the current one out. Probably going to destroy it!!
I need a couple so when I change the door swing.

Hello Liz, Thank you for the question. The Basket Part #: PS12728942 slides into the grooves of the liner of the freezer. This model does not offer baskets they use the shelf as a support. We hope this helps!

I ordered a shelf for my freezer and the box came it seemed vey light. When I opened it much to my suprise the box was empty now the shelf is on backorder, sad sad sad!!!
