All 4 burners stopped working at the same time

Hello Andrew, thank you for your question. We would recommend checking the wiring between the controls and the burners, as well as power source coming into the unit. I hope this helps!

One eye is very hard to turn off. Must find “sweet spot” of controller to turn off . Cannot “feel” sweet spot” just must hunt for it.
