The inside drainage cap of my chest freezer tore when I was trying to unscrew it. Now I have an issue of how to unscrew the cap and also order a new one. Any suggestions? Mike

Hello Mike, thank you for reaching out to PartSelect. Get a screwdriver or small chisel behind the inner plug body out with a light hammer and tap. The inner drain plug for your model is part number PS12365135. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair!
